Best little studio

I am a product photographer and for awhile I have been without a proper studio, until my wife showed me Shotbox and all the neat stuff I can get with it. This little box has been the closest thing to a proper studio since college.

This is a great solution to my struggle taking clear, focused photos of family albums from the early 1900's. The glare shields and adequate lighting work so well! I only wish there was a larger version for museum use!

Shotbox is a game changer!

Shotbox has been a godsend for me! I took classes in photography in college, but my true love has always been for creating art, not photographing it. I was often frustrated at the amount of time I would spend taking pictures of my gallery work. However, using a Shotbox has cut that time down drastically. The entire system is light and portable. The construction is high quality, and setting it up takes all of a minute. I often put it up and take it down multiple times a week and it is still going strong. My only complaint is that I have not found a way to photograph my specific pieces without doing significant color correction in the editing process. The small LED lights tend to give my artwork a blue cast that I have to color correct out. All things considered, I would recommend this system to 99% of people in need of a durable, portable photo booth system. Keep up the great work, Shotbox!

I was hesitant to purchase this as people told me it was an overpriced version of something you could easily find elsewhere, but I reached out and ordered anyway. I am obsessed. First off, the customer service was prompt and very communicative. They were out of stock for an item I wanted and quickly answered my request and found some stock for me to add it to my cart. I was so excited to get my Shotbox and opened it and set it up immediately. Set up was a snap and then I played with the colored backdrops and the varied base background sheets. How cool! I practiced with a Chambord bottle and the pictures are lovely.

Just received this last week. Very easy to set up and take pics right away. Instructions were great. The sheet on top of the prints kit appeared to be scratched a bit. Not sure why as it was in the zippered bag. Haven't used that one yet, so it may not matter. But overall, ease of use, great photos for an amateur like me!!
